I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Dr. Katharina Maisel’s Lymphatics and Drug Targeting Lab. My primary research focus is to increase our understanding of how the physiology of our lymphatics and their surrounding microenvironment modulate lymphatic function. I use in vitro models, immunofluorescence imaging, and computational analyses to explore mechanisms underlying changes in lymphatic endothelial permeability. I look forward to the implications of my work, providing a basis for understanding how normal physiological changes regulate lymphatic function and informing others about how lymphatic function is altered by disease and aging.
